The evaporator project department has been engaged in the evaporator industry for more than 20 years, with rich practical experience and unique process design. He has made significant contributions to the field of evaporators by conducting research on different concentrates and developing different evaporator devices.
The following types of evaporators are for users' reference
1: Three-effect continuous evaporation crystallizer along the stream.
In the operation of high salt, the concentration of the whole body reaches more than 45%. It solves the complex process of reverse flow, cross-flow, double-effect DTB and prevents the two major problems of pipe blockage and sticking to the wall.
Two: MVR evaporator.
In the operation of the MVR evaporator, there will be changes in temperature, vacuum, concentration, suction volume, gas output, and cooling water, which are difficult to control. We have mastered these six balances.
Three: multi-effect evaporator.
It is used for high boiling point and high concentration, such as polyethylene glycol concentration of 99.7% and glycerol boiling point of 290.9 °C concentration of 99%.
Four: bottom temperature evaporator.
If the evaporation temperature is below 40 °C, if the evaporation temperature of nucleic acid cannot exceed 36 °C, the active ingredients of nucleic acid will be invalid.
Five: double-effect automatic drain evaporator.
It improves the shortcomings of the previous double-effect evaporator in China. Boosts the productivity of the dual-effect evaporator, saves labor and improves vacuum stability and evaporation. It solves a major problem of vacuum stagnation caused by drainage and breakthrough material running.
Six: negative pressure alcohol recovery concentrator
For traditional Chinese medicine and bioengineering, a large number of alcohol-soaked products. For example, there is a large amount of alcohol after the yew wine sinks, and several tons of alcohol need to be recovered per hour during the concentration process. This equipment is more than 10 times faster than conventional recovery concentrators.
